Dechra Veterinary Products (AU)-Seamless Sales Order Automation

Dechra’s finance team saw the need to automate order processing Operations. Their Coreform team assisted with a strategy and solution to tackle this digital transformation process. Despite the Dechra Finance’s team great processes and operations strategy, there were still delays in manual data entry to generate sales orders. Because of the number of line items on the purchase orders, the manual operations were prone to error. In addition to this, long item codes needed to be used one-by-one in Dechra’s ERP Solution so that a sales order could be created. Coreform’s Business Analyst team had to come up with a solution and approach for Dechra, to automate order processing through DocuWare, Document Management, and Workflow Automation Platform.
