Although Abletts had great processes they knew they could increase operating efficiencies among different branches, this presented a challenge due to their specific workflow processes and geographical locations. With DocuWare, invoice approval processing times have been reduced, procedures are secure, and error-prone tasks were able to be decreased by up to 80 % through the DocuWare platform. Documents are more accessible from anywhere and quickly traceable, all relating documents to a transaction can be very quickly tracked and traced. Abletts has been able to continue to enhance its vendor and customer relationships.
